Cathy Yanni and David Agretelis have been working together since 2006 handling claims administration and allocation in mass tort class action settlements and MDLs throughout the country. Cathy Yanni is a full time specialist in ADR. Since joining JAMS in 1998, Cathy’s substantive knowledge, her focused attention to detail, and her persistent follow up are the keys to her high settlement rate. Cathy’s practice includes mediation, Special Master/Discovery Referee, and class action and multi district litigation (MDL) settlement allocation. In her role as a Special Master, she has structured the case management process, supervised discovery, as well as adjudicated motions regarding privilege and other substantive legal issues. As Settlement Special Master in large class actions and MDLs, Cathy has designed, managed, and adjudicated settlement proceedings and allocation processes. David Agretelis

David Agretelis has been a freelance litigation consultant since 2001. His technical knowledge, attention to detail and accountability are superlative. David has extensive experience in state and federal courts managing electronic discovery and developing allocation methodologies as well as designing custom web based databases for claims administration and settlement allocation.
